- How do I cancel?
- In the app, go to Settings → Subscription and open Manage subscription. Pro stays on until the period you have paid for ends, and nothing else about your account changes. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Play Store are cancelled in that store instead.
- Will safety features ever be paywalled?
- Never. Panic button, moment-of-need response tools, and emergency exit are always free.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your data and streaks are preserved. Pro features pause — they don't disappear.
- Do support persons need the app?
- No. Their entire experience is web-based. No download required.
